Everyone knows that water has three phases: solid, liquid and vapor. But we have uncovered a fourth phase. This phase occurs next to water-loving (hydrophilic) surfaces. It is surprisingly extensive, projecting out from the surface by numerous molecular layers. And, its properties differ markedly from those of bulk water.
Of particular significance is the observation that this fourth phase is charged; and the water beyond is oppositely charged, creating a battery that can produce electrical current. We found that light charges this battery. Thus, water can receive and process electromagnetic energy drawn from the environment in much the same way as plants. Absorbed electromagnetic (light) energy can then be exploited for performing work, including electrical and mechanical work and possibly the work of the cell. Recent experiments confirm the reality of such energy conversion.
This energy-conversion framework seems rich with implication. Not only does it provide an understanding of how water processes solar and other energies, but also it may provide a foundation for simpler understanding natural phenomena ranging from weather and green energy all the way to issues such as memory and consciousness. Indeed, the conversion from fourth phase water to liquid water appears to initiate the work of the cell. Return to fourth phase returns the cell to quiescence.
The talk will present evidence for the existence of this novel phase of water — how come nobody’s seen it before? — and will consider the potentially broad implications of this phase.
The enormous rise of wireless communication devices has increased the demand for greater bandwidth of wireless radiation. 5G (fifth generation of wireless communication radiation) involves higher frequency bands than 4G (fourth generation) currently in use. 5G is now being installed worldwide. Millions of new antennas will be situated within residential neighborhoods and close to schools and businesses. Approximately 50,000 low-orbit satellites will broadcast 5G signals from space. This will provide a wireless worldwide web and an “internet of things” that will forever change earth’s electromagnetic environment and greatly increase human exposure. This wireless radiation poses hazards to our health. In 2011, the World Health Organization declared that wireless radiation is a causal factor in cancer. It has been known for decades that there are numerous adverse biologic effects on the heart, nervous system, immune system, and reproductive system.. Electrohypersensitivity to wireless radiation is on the rise. Soon, the most vulnerable populations—pregnant women, children, and the elderly--will be exposed to even more radiation. In this presentation, you will learn what wireless radiation and especially what 5G entails; how it can impact our health; how to recognize electrohypersensitivity; and practical ways in which doctors can help their patients protect themselves.

At Eng3 Corporation we are focused on the most abundant substance in our cells. This substance has every other cellular component imbedded in it and, therefore, forms the inner environment of our cells. This essential substance is cellular water. As we know, all environments influence their contents. The contents in that water, that we are focused on, are proteins. Over the last several years, thanks to researchers like Prof. Gerald Pollack and many others, the material science of water has advanced. And thanks to researchers like Vladimir L. Voeikov and many others, the knowledge about protein dynamics progressed. All this research leads to a far better understanding of water, as a life-important substance and its involvement in life-maintaining processes, including protein folding. Water’s ability to form a higher order, the 4th phase, on its surface, which is equivalent to lowering its entropy, is necessary as a trigger for the entropy change required for protein folding.
Evidence: Material science:
In material science, material data are verifiable. The quality and quantity of the signal (electromagnetic energy), as well as the ordered water output, can be measured. In a commercial technology, like NanoVi technology, many parameters influence the results and must be verified for that specific product.
Verification for NanoVi’s Bio-Identical Signaling Technology included the evaluation of the sufficient bioidentical signal generation within the device and the generation of the final end product/output of the device.
The analysis enabled us to advance the NanoVi technology with additional, more efficient, electromagnetic energies (wavelengths) that lead to a higher output of ordered water. As a result of the process to optimize NanoVi technology, it became the first commercial
medical and wellness product that is proven to emit ordered water/EZ water/4th phase water.
Evidence: Protein dynamics:
Our purpose is to provide a tool to users with a desire to address health and performance on a cellular level. To this end, Eng3 developed NanoVi technology to assist protein dynamics and protein folding. We address a process that is basically the same for approximately 30,000 known proteins, as well as for the yet unknown proteins, estimated to total about 900,000. The affect on health and performance on the cellular level is verified for the NanoVi technology. Studies done on cell cultures showed significant improvements in the cellular activity and reflect improvements in DNA repair and other protein (enzyme) dynamics. Because relations are still unknown, which protein damage is involved in which decrease of cellular function, we did additional tests on the influence of NanoVi on markers for some complex cellular functions. These include evaluating lactate reduction and inflammatory response.
Fields of application:
For users focused in addressing health and performance on the cellular level, it is important to address or avoid disorder. For understandable reasons, a medical device is not allowed to claim to cure a certain disorder. Therefore, we point the user to the underlying causes. Sources of damage to proteins are mainly oxidative stress, radiation, cellular pollution (toxicity) and higher mental and physical performance. With these stressors, the body’s own generation of ordered water is either insufficient or handicapped. Now, with NanoVi technology, the
user has a tool to assist the body’s repair and regeneration capacity
